Funding Process:
Room for Joy is working with visionaries who will partner with Room for Joy in several ways:
1. Donating seed capital for the launch of Room for Joy
2. Providing capital for the purchase of the Room for Joy facilities
3. Providing on-going donations to sustain operations
In addition, the following groups are key partners in success.
We work with Business owners and foundations who desire an opportunity to financially affect our efforts. The Business owners fund the operational expenses of the non-profit. We have had owners give a set amount annually, or a set amount monthly. We appreciate their vision in caring for these children.
We also work with corporations who donate funds as a part of their charitable giving back to their communities. Many times they provide volunteers as well. We find these organizations experience a very rewarding project with lasting memories.
Room for Joy is a faith based organization that works to connect the churches to the people within their communities. The churches facilitate ministry through various programs within their church. Some are children, youth, and adult groups. Most churches fund the cost of doing a room and supply volunteers who participate in the installation. They take on a powerful community effort to bring God’s hope and care to children and families. It is the combined effort of communities and churches that cares for our children in need.
We feel extremely blessed for the countless number of individuals and families that have faithfully supported Room for Joy with small to large monetary donations. All donations are significant. Through their support, Room for Joy has been able to serve many children to date. It is due to their faithfulness and faithful support, that Room for Joy is in a position to launch into a full-time operation caring for the chronically ill children in our communities
